1. Acceptance and intended users

By using this website or its automated screening feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Data Handling Notice. The automated feature is intended for adults using it for professional or business purposes. If you do not agree, do not use the feature.

2. Automated screening is not engineering approval

The public tool performs limited, automated screening of extracted text. It may identify questions, apparent omissions, or topics for further review, but it cannot inspect the complete engineering record.

Do not use automated output as a safety or compliance decision.

The output is not a professional engineering opinion, design approval, code-compliance determination, certification, seal, calculation verification, or authorization for fabrication, construction, operation, or release.

The tool does not reliably evaluate drawings, images, stress contours, tables, equations, model files, signatures, or text beyond the stated character limit. Automated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your project.

3. No professional relationship without a written engagement

Use of this website, automated screening output, an intake form, or preliminary email correspondence does not create an engineer-client relationship and does not assign professional responsibility to Solve Engineering.

Professional services begin only under a written agreement that confirms the client, scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule, fee, discipline, jurisdiction, reviewer qualifications, and any PE review or stamping requirements. A separate agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

4. Your content and permitted use

You remain responsible for determining whether you are authorized to submit content and whether automated processing is appropriate. Do not submit information that is confidential, NDA-covered, personal, export-controlled, security-sensitive, regulated, unlawful, or owned by someone else without the required permission.

You grant the limited permission necessary for the website's service providers to process submitted text and return automated output. You remain responsible for independently verifying all output before using or sharing it.

5. Availability and external services

The website and automated tool are provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Third-party hosting, CDN, and AI services may have separate terms, geographic restrictions, logging practices, service limits, and outages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Solve Engineering does not warrant that automated output will be complete, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular engineering purpose. Nothing in these terms limits obligations that cannot legally be limited or obligations accepted in a separate signed professional-services agreement.

6. Questions and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. These terms may be updated when website functionality, provider requirements, or operating practices change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
